three wooden volumes, supported by a metal structure, on a partially underground base. each apartment overlaps the others to ensure the best view of the lake, without touching other dwellings or the terrain. the bodies appear light and suspended, without leaning against one another. two stacked stairwells allow complete independence of the apartments and facilitate access from both the lower and upper parts of the site entrance. the interior space, made of wood, is divided by movable walls that allow spatial flexibility. the furnishings consist of modular elements that can be moved according to use and need.
