competition

the building is made of a platform which rests on a base. several diverse openings frame the surrounding landscape. the free floor plan allows the perception and vision of the building in its total height. different levels are connected by means of stairs and ramps which permit a continuous flux. the building forms an open envelope inside of which different heights and dimensions correspond to different uses. everything is meant to be free and fluid, without physical or visual barriers.
