three regular wooden volumes, supported by a metal structure, rest on a partially underground base. each apartment slides and overlaps to guarantee the best view to the lake without touching other apartments or the terrain. the pieces appear light and float without leaning on the others. an overlapped double stair system easies the entrance to the parcel both from the lower and the higher levels, giving total independence to the apartments. internal spaces, also in wood, are divided with movable walls which give total flexibility to the room layout. furniture is made of modular elements which can be moved according to different uses and needs.
